My Yoga Experience

Hi, I’m Yogi Masha — a certified yoga teacher and lifelong student of movement and mindfulness.

My yoga journey began over a decade ago, when I first stepped onto the mat looking for a way to relieve stress and improve my flexibility. What started as a simple curiosity soon became a deep passion and an essential part of my life.

Over the years, I’ve explored many styles of yoga — from gentle Hatha and calming Yin to dynamic Vinyasa and powerful Ashtanga. Each practice has taught me something new about my body, mind, and breath. Through consistent practice, I’ve experienced greater strength, balance, clarity, and inner peace.

I completed my yoga teacher training to better understand the philosophy and share the benefits of yoga with others. Teaching allows me to help people feel more connected, healthy, and empowered — whether they’re beginners or experienced yogis.
